Topaz Classic keeps the long-form guides and examples organized by topic. Open the collapsed Classic group near the bottom of the Modern menu to jump directly to any of its 19 pages.
Start with a locale
The same sidebar remains available after opening a Classic page, and the Classic group opens automatically. Links inside the page continue through the Classic documentation.
Keeping the long-form material
Classic pages keep their longer explanations and example flow. Use Modern for the current learning path and language reference, and Classic when historical long-form material gives useful background. Classic is never required to complete the current course.
Search boundary
Classic pages stay out of current-manual search results, but every page is directly available from the sidebar menu.
When to use it
Use Classic when you want historical tutorials for functions, types, control flow, collections, and practical projects. When applying an example to a new project, begin with the Learning path, then consult Introducing Topaz, Syntax at a Glance, History, and Legacy Syntax Migration where needed.
